Professional Information
Clark retired from the Atomic Energy Commission and its
successor organizations with 32 years of federal service, including active and reserve duty with the U.S. Army Air Corps and the U.S. Air Force.
Following federal retirement, he served for 25 years as an independent
management consultant specializing in strategic planning,
facilitating group processes, and team building.
