Herb Digest (Herbsv1.fp3)

You can call them "herbs" or you can call them "erbs" but whatever you call them, here is a database to help you grow and use them. This FileMaker Pro template database provides common and botanical names, descriptions, culture, and uses of more than 120 herbs. A variety of lists can be generated such as by common name, botanical name, height, type, and flower color. Herbs are, in general, a hardy lot, however, the user should note that the data was developed for U.S.D.A. Zone 6.

The shareware template was created by a gardener (a specialist in landscaping with herbs) while he was enrolled in a Master Gardener program. The list of herbs is not exhaustive; however, it includes the common culinary herbs, some medicinal and ornamental herbs, and many herbs which are useful in landscaping.

Shareware users have full access to the database except for designing or modifying layouts, editing scripts, and defining value lists. Upon registration and payment of a $25 shareware fee, a password will be provided to permit these activities.
